PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent wave agent capable of extremely relaxing damage on hair and a scalp and reducing malodor generated during or after operation, unlike an existing permanent wave agent in which monoethanolamine hydrochloride generated by neutralizing remaining hydrochloric acid with an alkali agent remains and damages hair.SOLUTION: There is provided a permanent wave agent composition comprising cysteamine free base which can induce hair swelling sufficiently without separately adding an alkali agent due to cysteamine free base with about 9.5 of pH caused by amino bases and is not inferior to an existing permanent wave agent in forming power of wave or straightness at all.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
