Provided is a riding mower that includes two (left and right) mower blades, a mower deck, and two motors for respectively rotating the mower blades. The left and right mower blades are provided adjacent to each other, and one of the two mower blades is disposed obliquely in front of the other mower blade. In a plan view, the left mower blade is rotated clockwise and the right mower blade is rotated counterclockwise. A combined air flow, which is directed to the rear from the front, is generated in the mower deck at the position at which the paths of rotation of the two mower blades are closest to each other, and mowed grass is discharged to the outside of the mower deck together with the combined air flow. Also, the rotational speed of the forward mower blade is set higher than the rotational speed of the rearward mower blade. This causes the speed of the air flow generated by the forward mower blade to be higher than the speed of the air flow generated by the rearward mower blade. As a result, the combined air flow is generated and the mowed grass is discharged rearward of the mower deck. |
