The device has fixed vanes (7) placed opposite to mobile blades of an axial fan in a ventilation nozzle, where the mobile blades drive cooling fluid e.g. mass of air, toward an element to be cooled across a ventilation nozzle. The fixed vanes have a curved form to transform a component tangential speed of cooling fluid driven by an axial fan into radial speed of the fluid directed toward the center of the device and into an axial speed of the fluid directed toward a rotation axis of the fan. The mobile blades are fixed on a central hub (11) at proximal ends. An independent claim is also included for a generator. |
