subjecting said semifinished metallic billet to a rotary incremental forming process to form an intermediate wrought metallic billet; and subjecting said intermediate wrought metallic billet to a high rate forming process, said high rate forming process being defined by an average equivalent strain rate of at least about 10 s−1. |
