1. A polymeric formulation comprising a primary base resin, a secondary base resin, a slip agent, a chemical blowing agent, and a nucleating agent, wherein
the primary base resin is a first homopolymeric polypropylene that is about 50-99.9 wt % of the polymeric formulation, the secondary base resin is a second homopolymeric polypropylene, different from the first homopolymeric polypropylene, that is up to about 15 wt % of the polymeric formulation, the slip agent is up to about 10 wt % of the polymeric formulation, the chemical blowing agent is up to about 10 wt % of the polymeric formulation, and the nucleating agent is about 0.5-10 wt % of the polymeric formulation, and wherein the polymeric formulation is non-aromatic and cellular. |
