A street address indicator device includes a body member that has a front peripheral frame portion. A display panel is mountable in relation to the body member with an area of a front display surface exposed so as to be visible at a display opening defined by the frame portion. The device further includes securing members that secure the panel in relation to the body member at a plurality of locations at a rear face of the frame portion, around the display opening. The body member comprises an enclosure with the frame portion and the panel providing a front wall.
