An intelligent communications method, terminal, and system, which relates to the field of communications technologies, where the method includes generating a feature code of the first terminal, generating a voice packet according to the feature code, where the voice packet includes the feature code, sending the voice packet to the second terminal using the voice channel, sending the feature code of the first terminal to a server, for security authentication, where the security authentication is completed by the server based on the feature code of the first terminal and a received feature code of the second terminal, and establishing a data link channel between the first terminal and the second terminal after the security authentication succeeds, and hence, seamless integration between a voice and a message is achieved, which facilitates effective communication mode in a special case.

1. A first terminal for implementing intelligent communication, wherein there is a voice channel established using a circuit switched domain between the first terminal and a second terminal, and wherein the first terminal comprises:
a processor configured to:
generate a feature code of the first terminal; andgenerate, based on the feature code, a voice packet, wherein the voice packet comprises the feature code; a transmitter coupled to the processor and configured to:
send the voice packet to the second terminal using the voice channel; andsend the feature code of the first terminal to a server, for security authentication, wherein the security authentication is completed by the server based on the feature code of the first terminal and a received feature code of the second terminal, and wherein the processor is further configured to establish a data link channel between the first terminal and the second terminal after the security authentication succeeds.
