An injection moulding machine, including a frame (1), a second mould plate (2) arranged on the frame (1), a rotating mechanism (3) for driving the second mould plate (2) to rotate, a first mould plate (4) located above the second mould plate (2), a mould clamping mechanism (5) for driving the first mould halves of a mould on the first mould plate (4) to achieve the opening or clamping of the mould, and M injection devices arranged above the first mould plate (4), wherein the first mould plate (4) is provided with M first mould halves, and the second mould plate (2) is provided with N second mould halves (11) having the same mould cavity; when the second mould plate is stationary, the mould clamping mechanism (5) is used for clamping or opening the M first mould halves and M second mould halves (11) simultaneously, and during mould clamping, M injection devices are used for injection moulding in the mould cavity after mould clamping. By arranging M injection devices above the first mould plate (4), injection moulded products of different colours and materials can be achieved, a plurality of process steps are performed simultaneously, the injection efficiency is improved, and the injection cost is also lowered. |
