PRESERVING VIRTUAL MACHINE DATA

Example implementations relate to preserving virtual machine data during a power fail event. For example, a system can include a processor, a memory, and a storage including a swap space used by the virtual machine. The system may include a power element to deliver power to the system during a power fail event. In response to the power event, the processor can copy data located in the processor and memory to a persistent storage and also preserve the data located in the swap space.
