The invention relates to a single-component synthetic resin for securing purposes, based on a reactive mixture that can be produced using a mixture of (a) at least one compound containing one or more silane groups, and (b) a silicone resin containing at least one hydrolysable group bound to Si, for securing anchoring elements in holes with water-containing walls in construction substrates, wherein, after the curing thereof, bond stresses of 12 to 35 N/mm2, a tensile strength of 10 to 20 MPa, a tensile modulus of 1 to 5 and a tensile strain of 3% or less is attained, as well as the use of same and a method for securing anchoring elements in boreholes. |
