In order to enable formation of a recess in a urethane pad by transferring to the urethane pad a pattern formed in a lower mold in a step for bond molding a sewn cover to the urethane pad without forming a recess in the urethane pad using a specialized mold when forming the urethane pad, and in order to enable bond molding by pressure bonding the urethane pad to a sewn cover using even fewer mold components and with relatively short steps, provided is a vehicle seat having a cushion seat or seatback formed by covering the surface of a urethane pad with a trim cover, wherein a recess is formed in the cushion seat or seatback by simultaneously embossing the urethane pad and the trim cover. |
