The present invention provides a vitamin D measurement method. Specifically, the present invention provides a vitamin D measurement method that includes: (1) treating a sample with a surfactant that has a steroid skeleton; and (2) detecting vitamin D in the treated sample. The present invention also provides a vitamin D measurement kit that includes: (1) a surfactant that has a steroid skeleton; and (2) a substance that has affinity for vitamin D, and/or a vitamin D preparation. Examples of the surfactant that has a steroid skeleton include bile acids, derivatives thereof, and salts of the bile acids and derivatives thereof. |
