Abstract An ergonomic support device 1 to support a computer mouse user's elbow and counter the action of said elbow swinging downward between the wrist and the shoulder, comprising a padded desk edge bracket 2, a padded elbow support bracket 6, mounted on a support arm 5 which is adjustable in reach by sliding said arm 6 into or out of said desk edge bracket 2 that is hooked onto and retained upon the edge of a desk via cantilever action only and said elbow support bracket 6 is adjustable in height by turning a screw 4 projecting vertically upward in contact with the underside of said desk top from the desk edge bracket end projecting horizontally underneath the desk top and said ergonomic support device aims to prevent wrist ailments associated to computer mouse use by preventing the user's wrist supporting a majority weight of the user's arm.
