A portable clothesline assembly is disclosed. The portable clothesline assembly comprises a frame for supporting one or more lengths of line, at least a pair of legs for supporting the frame, and hinge means connecting each leg with respect to the frame. The legs can pivotably rotate between a collapsed position and an extended 'in use' position, where each hinge comprises latch means that automatically engage as the leg rotates to the in use position to secure the leg in this position, and which is manually operable to be released so as to allow the legs to rotate to the collapsed position. |
