Drive station for rope pusher system, mounted on a movable tensive frame (8) comprises a gearbox (1), the drive sheave (2), auxiliary sheave (3), the upper guidance rollers (4) and lower guidance rollers (5). The rope (6) of the pusher system is guided over a pair of guidance upper rollers in (4) and a pair of guidance lower rollers (5) on the bottom of the first groove of the auxiliary sheave (3).It continues from there to the top of the outer grooves of the drive sheave (2). Furthermore, it is alternately guided from the bottom of the drive sheave (2) on top of the auxiliary sheave (3) until a required number of loops wrap the rope. Number of loops is dependent on the size of the driving force in the rope (6). The drive sheave (2) and the auxiliary sheave (3) have cut slots, the number of which depends on the angle of wrap that is required to form a sufficiently large friction force applied to the power transmission. The drive sheaves (2) provide for half of the required angle of wrap and auxiliary sheaves (3) the other half of the required angle of wrap. This arrangement of the drive station eliminates the mutual friction of the individual loops of rope on each other, improving the weighted load of the rope (6), which significantly increases its service life. The proposed solution is suitable for both directions of the drive. |
