A payment method, a payment apparatus and a terminal. The payment method comprises: receiving collected current biometric identification information and payment information from a sender terminal (302); matching the current biometric identification information with authenticating biometric identification information about the sender terminal (304); and when the current biometric identification information matches the authenticating biometric identification information, paying according to a received payment instruction (306). By identifying current biometric identification information about a user of a sender terminal by a receiver terminal, it can be accurately determined whether a user sending payment information is a legitimate user, thereby effectively preventing the receiver terminal from performing a payment for an illegal user, and further preventing bringing about economic loss for a user of the receiver terminal. |
