A kitchen cooling system, comprising a kitchen stove (10) and a smoke exhaust apparatus (20), and also comprising a cold air inlet (30), the cold air inlet (30) being connected to an indoor air conditioning refrigeration module (40) in another kitchen by means of a cold-conveying pipeline (31), the indoor air conditioning refrigeration module (40) being provided with a cold-conveying fan (41), the cold-conveying fan (41) conveying cold air to the cold air inlet (30). The present system prevents discomfort to a cook due to the high temperature in a kitchen; the cold air inputted by the cold air inlet (30) replenishes the negative pressure in the kitchen caused by the operation of the kitchen smoke exhaust apparatus (20), such that the pressure in the kitchen is normal, and unclean outside air entering the kitchen through a gap in the window is prevented. Also disclosed is a kitchen cooling method. |
