Provided are an array base board, a production method therefor, and a display apparatus. The method comprises: forming a passivation layer (05) on a substrate base board (01); and forming a contact layer (06) and a pixel electrode (09) by means of an image composition process on the substrate base board (01) on which the passivation layer (05) is formed, the contact layer (06) and the pixel electrode (09) being a same transparent conducting material.
