Described is a system for re-levelling road manhole covers (11) for underground utilities, in particular for re- levelling manhole covers (11) which are out-of-level with respect to the level of a road surface (10), wherein the system uses a least one levelling element (13) having a predetermined thickness and substantially corresponding to the conformation of the manhole cover; the at least one levelling element (13) is made to adhere to a surface of the manhole cover using adhesive material.
