An improved frozen product dispenser wherein a product is placed into a cooled hopper and the product is then fed from the hopper into a freezing and dispensing chamber where it is frozen and dispensed.

1. A removable seal apparatus for use in a dispensing apparatus, comprising:
a ring having an interior sealing surface and exterior sealing surface, a first end, and a second end,
the first end being opposite the second end,the second end having a round edge on an exterior portion of the second end; and a graspable portion coupled to the interior portion of second end, the graspable portion sized to receive a human finger,
wherein the graspable portion having at least one tab, the at least one tab juts from the second end and the at least one tab extending outward in a direction away from a center of the ring.
