An off-peak electricity phase change heat storage central heating/water heating system, comprising a heat source electric heater (1), a phase change heat storage apparatus (2), a primary water pump (3), a water heating plate exchanger (4), and a central heating plate exchanger (5), and a terminal apparatus (6) connected with the central heating plate exchanger (5). A medium outlet of the phase change heat storage apparatus (2) is connected sequentially via piping with the primary water pump (3), the heat source electric heater (1), the water heating plate exchanger (4) and the central heating plate exchanger (5), and via a return port of the central heating plate exchanger (5) is connected back to the phase change heat storage apparatus (2), thus forming a central heating/water heating circulation circuit. A secondary water heating pump (7) is further provided between the central heating plate exchanger (5) and the terminal apparatus (6). |
