A gas shielding internal welding apparatus for a pipeline, comprising: a front frame (1), an alignment clamp (13), a rotating plate mechanism (3), a welding unit (4), a tensioning mechanism (5), a center frame (6), a floating spring mechanism (7), a driving mechanism (8), a rear frame (9), a brake mechanism (10), and a gas cylinder (12). A wire feeder (41) is moved from the welding unit (4) and installed in the front frame (1). A wire through-hole (365) on a rotating plate main body (362) of the rotating plate mechanism (3), an inner chamber of a guide sleeve (515), and an inner cavity of a hollow sleeve (51) form a channel from the wire feeder (41) to a welding torch head (44) for a composite cable (42). The composite cable of the internal welding apparatus is not easily worn, improving the useful life of the composite cable and thereby saving costs. The internal welding apparatus adopts a rotating plate positioning mechanism, enhancing positioning of the rotating plate mechanism in an axial direction, improving the mode of connection of the rotating plate driving motor, ensuring more accurate coaxial alignment and rotational movement of the entire rotating drive system, thereby improving an alignment effect and welding quality. |
