Provided are a railway vehicle and a joint connector thereof, comprising a concave joint (1) and a convex joint (2) with a follower plate (3) provided therebetween, and further comprising an elastic member (4). The front end of the elastic member (4) can bear against the follower plate (3) and the rear end can bear against the concave joint (1). The connector compensates for the longitudinal gap by means of the deformation of the elastic member in the forward and backward directions, thus ensuring the reliability of load transmission.
