Disclosed are a food packaging container, and a packaging method thereof and the field of application thereof. The packaging container (1) is used for storing food and heating food by microwaves. The packaging container (1) comprises a container main body (2), an outlet portion (3) in communication with the main body (2), and a protection cover (5) sheathed on the outlet portion (3). An opening is provided on the outlet portion, and a sealing film (4) is provided on the opening. The packaging container has a rational and simple structure and can be placed in a microwave oven directly for heating, and the food therein will not block the ventilation hole and can be eaten immediately after opening the container, having a very high practical application value. |
