Disclosed are a data transmission method and device. The method of the present invention comprises: a first station receiving a data message sent by a second station during the continuous transmission of data; and when the first station fails to successfully receive the data message sent by the second station, the first station sending a data message which is not immediately confirmed to the second station. The present invention can reduce the waste of direct-connection link resources after interference occurs, thereby improving the bandwidth efficiency.
