Precursor ions selected by a quadrupole mass filter (2) are dissociated through the application of prescribed collision energy (CE). Of the generated product ions, only those having m/z within a prescribed range are trapped by an ion trap (4) and subsequently separated and detected by a TOF (5). For single precursor ions originating from a target compound, mass analysis is carried out for each combination of a plurality of set CE values and finely divided m/z ranges, and spectral data is acquired. A spectral data accumulation unit (81) accumulates spectral data obtained through mass analysis with different combinations (of CE values and m/z ranges). A mass spectrum creation unit (82) creates a single product ion spectrum corresponding to a target compound on the basis of the accumulated spectral data. In this spectrum, product ions obtained over a wide mass/charge ratio range with a plurality of CE values can be observed with high sensitivity. |
