A resin composition comprises a dye A having a π-conjugate plane and a hydrophobic group, an organic solvent B selected from a ketone, an ether, an aromatic hydrocarbon, an aliphatic hydrocarbon, a nitrile, an ester, a halogenated compound and mixtures thereof, and a resin C, wherein the dye A can be dissolved in an amount of 0.1% by mass or more in the organic solvent B at 25ºC.
