[Problem] To provide a multi-facility integrated document management system which makes it possible to create and reference registered documents and work instruction documents in a consistent manner between facilities and/or organizations, even when staff members having a large number of occupations are organized in a complex manner, so as to thereby ensure smooth collaboration in medical-, nursing- and welfare-related activities. [Solution] The present invention is provided with: a document-category tree-layout expression means that expresses the document categories for each facility in a tree layout; a staff tree-layout expression means that expresses staff members in a tree layout for each organization; and a tree-layout-expression association setting means that associates both the document-category tree-layout expression and the staff tree-layout expression. The present invention is further provided with a means for managing access authority using the tree-layout expressions, said means making it possible to visibly and efficiently manage access authority for each document category and for each facility by allowing access authority attributes to be inherited in the root-to-branch direction of both tree-layout expressions. |
