摘要 The invention relates to automation and computer technology and can be used in systems for monitoring and controlling the safety of nuclear power plants (NPPs). The technical result consists in increasing the reliability of the safety system. The system comprises a multiplicity of identical safety channels, each channel comprises a process-signal input/output station IOS1-n, and an actuating mechanism priority control station PCS1-m, which stations are connected to a control unit CU and to a back-up control unit BCU, a safety-feature automation controller SF AC, a safety-feature input/output busbar SF IOB for the exchange of data from the safety-feature automation controller SF AC with the IOS and PCS stations, and is connected to other safety channels with the aid of crossflow duplex fibre-optic communications. Each safety channel additionally comprises normal-operation automation controllers AC1-s, which are connected to the IOS1-n and PCS1-m along normal-operation back-up busbars ENL, which are constructed on the basis of a dial-up Ethernet interface, with a radial structure of the connection of network commutators and with a special communication protocol for the data level, and with a normal-operation system along the normal-operation back-up busbar EN.
