HIGH-EFFICIENCY GENERATOR SET HAVING DUAL COOLING AIRWAY

A generator set having dual cooling airways comprises a generator set housing (12) and an engine-generator. The engine-generator comprises an engine cooling airway (a) and a generator cooling airway (b). An air inlet of the engine cooling airway (a) is disposed at a starter reel (4a), and an air outlet thereof is disposed at a muffler air venting rubber cover (7). A cylinder head (1) and a muffler (2) are disposed in a sealed channel formed between the air inlet and air outlet of the engine cooling airway (a). Air inlets of the generator cooling airway (b) are disposed at a top portion, side portion and bottom portion of an engine case cover (8), and an air outlet thereof is disposed at a generator end cover (11). A cooling fan (9) and a generator (3) are disposed in a sealed channel between the air inlets and air outlet of the generator cooling airway (b). A blade of the cooling fan (9) has a curved cover structure. The two cooling airways of the generator set are independent from each other, thus simplifying air channels, optimizing the arrangement of the air channels and reducing a component number.
