The present invention relates to a DNA aptamer, which specifically binds to an insulin receptor, and a diabetes treatment composition and a diabetes diagnosis composition which contain the DNA aptamer as an active ingredient, wherein the aptamer has a different binding mechanism than conventional insulin, thereby enabling the effective treatment and diagnosis of diabetes, without causing the side effects of insulin, such as atherosclerosis and increased cancer incidence. |
