The invention is related to a transport measurement system comprising a multi functional sample rod (1) which can carry out measurements with a single system where all of the resistance, resistance in magnetic and electric fields and Hall effects, the temperature, magnetic field, electric field and angle can be easily changed, and a transport measurement system comprising a station (3) which connects the sample rod to the devices. The samples that are placed into the helium dewar (5) comprising superconducting magnets, can be measured between 10K to 400K temperatures in a vacuum medium. The sample rod (1) that has been specially designed enables the sample holder (17) to be inserted into the tank dewar (5) and enables the sample to be rotated around the magnetic field inside the dewar (5) by means of the rotation motor unit (11). Moreover the station (3) which connects the sample rod to the devices, acts as a bridge between the sample rod (1) and the measurement devices and therefore allows the connections to be easily made and enables the installation of new devices to the system. |
