Isolated anti-IL-12 antibodies, nucleic acids encoding antibodies or antibody portions, vectors, host cells, and methods of making are useful for production of antibody or portions for treating and/or diagnosing IL-12 related conditions, diseases, and disorders, such as psoriasis.

1. A pen-injector containing a liquid pharmaceutical formulation comprising an effective amount of an isolated anti-IL-12 antibody having a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region, said heavy chain variable region comprising:
a heavy chain complementarity determining region 1 (CDR1) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, a heavy chain complementarity determining region 2 (CDR2) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2, a heavy chain complementarity determining region 3 (CDR3) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3, said light chain variable region comprising: a light chain complementarity determining region 1 (CDR1) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4, a light chain complementarity determining region 2 (CDR2) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:5, and a light chain complementarity determining region 3 (CDR3) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:6.
