An OGS capacitive touch screen (100) and a manufacturing method therefor. The OGS capacitive touch screen (100) comprises: a glass substrate (101), a first transparent conducting layer which is formed on the glass substrate(101) and comprises a plurality of first touch electrodes (102) arranged in a first direction, a cover layer (103) formed on the first transparent conducting layer, a plurality of through holes (104) formed in the cover layer (103), wherein the through holes (104) correspond to lead positions which are reserved for the plurality of first touch electrodes (102), and a second transparent conducting layer which is formed on the cover layer (103) and comprises a plurality of second touch electrodes (105) arranged in a second direction. A metal bridging structure is not used, leading to a simplified process. In addition, a possible narrow frame (frameless) design is provided by a lead of a transparent conducting material instead of a conventional metal.
