The four-bar linkage has a first guide bar, which is connected at the first end of the first guide bar to the base element in such a way that the first guide bar can be pivoted about a first pivot axis and is connected at the second end of the first guide bar to a first end of a coupler in such a way that the first guide bar can be pivoted about a second pivot axis parallel to the first pivot axis. In addition, the four-bar linkage has a second guide bar, which is connected at the first end of the second guide bar to the base element in such a way that the second guide bar can be pivoted about a third pivot axis parallel to the first pivot axis and is connected at the second end of the second guide bar to the coupler in such a way that the second guide bar can be pivoted about a fourth pivot axis parallel to the first pivot axis.
