摘要 The ceiling of the clean room, as a technological solution according to the invention, is based on a specially designed new design of the components, firstly of multifunctional sections (3.A and 3.B) with a specially designed cross section in the form of complex geometric shapes as well as supporting and suspension back-up strips. The grid of the clean room is formed from a corresponding number of assemblies of longitudinal and transversal multifunctional bearing sections (figures: 6.A and 6.B), of particular dimensions, which are connected using a supporting (figures 6.A and 6.B) back-up strip, while the hangers of the bearing ceiling grid consist of the upper (20.1) and lower (20.2) part of the bearing ceiling grid hanger which lower part is fitted with a coupling for the lower part of the hanger with a sliding head in the form of a cuboid (20.3). The procedure of inserting panels, i.e. ventilation filter units into openings (8.11) of the bearing ceiling of the clean room performed after the entire grid of the bearing ceiling is suspended (figure 20) using a corresponding procedure onto a solid construction of the building, so that the procedure of inserting panels as well as filter units is performed in the manner that the panel or the filter unit is placed on the platform of a suitable, e.g. telescopic, crane, then the crane is located under the corresponding opening (8.11) and, by means of the crane, the panel or the filter unit is gradually lifted up in the direction (14.3), wherein the outer surfaces of the item, panel or ventilation filter unit during the upwards motion engage the corresponding parts (4.5) of the supporting (figures: 4.A. and 4.B) or suspension back-up strip (figures: 5.A. and 5.B), until reaching a height and position at which the back-up strips, under the action of the gravitational force come in the position in which the bearing arms (5.5) of the suspension back-up strips are engaged in the notches (12.1) on the lateral surfaces of the panel, i.e. the position in which the bearing arms (4.5) of the supporting back-up strips come below the seating surfaces (13.1) on the lower surface of the ventilation filter unit, when the corresponding item, panel or filter unit is slightly lowered in order to achieve full engagement of the bearing arms (5.5) of the suspension back-up strips in the notches (12.1), i.e. full leaning of the seating surfaces (13.1) on the lower surface of the ventilation filter unit against the bearing arm (4.5) of the supporting back-up strips, whereby the procedure of inserting a panel or a ventilation filter unit is completed, after which the sealing off of all joints is performed using adequate means.
