Disclosed are a method for application synchronization during multi-domain switching and a user terminal. The method comprises: when it is detected that a first domain is switched to a second domain, determining whether applications running currently in the first domain comprise a pre-set first shared application, wherein the applications running currently in the first domain comprise at least one of the first shared application and a first private application; if so, calling first shared data matched with the first shared application and stored in a shared cache region; and in the second domain, using the called first shared data to run the first shared application. By implementing the embodiments of the present invention, applications can be intelligently synchronized during multi-domain switching. |
