A plant growth lamp and a plant growth system. The plant growth lamp comprises a power source mechanism (1), a laser control mechanism (2) and a semiconductor laser unit (3). The semiconductor laser unit (3) emits laser with the wavelength of 400nm-800nm, the laser control mechanism (2) is connected with the semiconductor laser unit (3) and used for controlling the intensity and/or duration of the laser emitted by the semiconductor laser unit (3), and the power source mechanism (1) is connected with the laser control mechanism (2) and used for supplying power to the laser control mechanism (2). The plant growth light is simple in structure, economical and practical; the emitted laser intensity and/or duration can be regulated, the requirements of crops for the illumination intensity and illumination time in different growth stages can be met, the plant growth is facilitated, the disease spread is reduced, the photosynthesis requirements of the plant growth are met, and the higher economical and social value is achieved.
