WRISTWATCH HAVING VITAL-DATA-MEASURING FUNCTIONALITY

Provided is a wristwatch that has vital-data-measuring functionality, that is light and durable, that can accelerate blood flow by means of far infrared radiation emitted by a carbon material that constitutes the watch, and that makes it possible to quickly quantitatively verify the blood-flow acceleration effects of the watch on a display unit or the like. A wristwatch 10 that is provided with: a case main body 11 that houses a watch mechanism; a wristband 12 for installation on an arm; a bioinformation measurement sensor 20 that includes at least a blood-flow sensor 20a; and a data processing unit 21 that collects and stores bioinformation detected by the bioinformation measurement sensor 20. The case main body and/or the wristband 12 are configured from a carbon-fiber-reinforced carbon composite material.
