1. A method for obtaining a mixture of the rapeseed proteins napin and/or cruciferin from a plant, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
(a) processing of the plant for obtaining a raw extract by acqueous extraction; (b) obtaining the desired proteins from the supernatant from step (a) and adjusting the supernatant to a pH value in the range of 5.0 to 6.0; (c) separating the mixture from step (b) on a cation-exchange chromatography with a high salt elution buffer, whereas the pH value of the buffer is in the range of 5.0 to 6.0; and (d) obtaining the eluate. |
