The glass plate 12 is further configured in a manner such that a line segment L2 connecting the second intersecting point P2 and a third intersecting point P3 at which the angled surface 48 and the light-incident end surface 28 intersect is angled relative to the light-incident end surface 28 by a slope angle θ2, which is smaller than the slope angle θ1 and satisfies the equation 0<tanθ2≤0.4. |
