An electrical cable according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a conductor and a sheath layer covering the outer circumference of the conductor, wherein the sheath layer is formed by cross-linking a silane cross-linkable composition, and the silane cross-linkable composition contains a non-mineral oil plasticizer and a silane-grafted chlorinated polyethylene formed by graft copolymerizing a silane compound to a chlorinated polyethylene.
