A method and device for communication control, applicable in an electronic device, where at least one fingerprint sensor is provided on the electronic device. The method comprises: presetting at least one communication information list of an electronic device (101), where each communication information list corresponds to one piece of user information, each communication information list comprises at least one information set, each information set respectively corresponds to one fingerprint sensor, each information set comprises one fingerprint, and each fingerprint corresponds to one application and application communication information; monitoring a target fingerprint acquired on the electronic device and a target fingerprint sensor corresponding to the target fingerprint (102); in the communication information list corresponding to user information indicated by the target fingerprint, determining a target application and target application communication information thereof corresponding to the target fingerprint in the information set corresponding to the target fingerprint sensor (103); and utilizing the target application to execute on the electronic device a communication operation corresponding to the target application communication information (104). |
