The present invention is equipped with: a first vessel (11) for storing a liquid (L1) containing a cellular aggregate (C), a second vessel (12) for receiving the cellular aggregate, and a third vessel (13) for storing a preliminary treatment solution (L3); and a cylinder tip (1). The cylinder tip (1) comprises: a syringe (2) provided with a tubular passage (2P) having a distal opening (24) for suctioning the cellular aggregate (C); and a plunger (3) for reciprocating within the tubular passage. Before the cellular aggregate is suctioned from the first vessel (11) and discharged to the third vessel (13), the distal opening (24) of the cylinder tip (1) is immersed in the preliminary treatment solution (L3) of the third vessel (13), and also the plunger (3) is made to reciprocate, so that the preliminary treatment solution (L3) is retained in a space between the tubular passage (2P) and the plunger (3). |
