The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration and a method for preparing same, the pharmaceutical composition comprising: (a) 4-40 wt% of taxane; (b) 10-30 wt% of medium-chain triglyceride; (c) 30-70 wt% of monooleyl glycerol; (d) 5-30 wt% of surfactant; and 10-30 wt% of polyoxyl glyceryl fatty acid ester.
