The invention relates to a method for assembling a device (100) comprising a first part (101) and a second part (102), the first part being made of a first material and the second part being made of a second material, said device further comprising a third part (103) which is made of a third material and acts as an intermediate part allowing the assembly, characterized in that said method in addition comprises the following steps: - taking a preform (115) made of an at least partially amorphous metallic material capable of increasing in volume under certain temperature and pressure conditions; - taking the aforementioned first and second parts and, together with the preform, placing them between two matrices having the negative shape of the device; - heating this unit to a temperature between the glass transition temperature Tg and the crystallization temperature Tx of the preform so that, at the latest during this step, the preform can be present in the form of a foam and is able to expand in order to fill the negative shape of the device and form the third part; - cooling the unit to solidify the preform and separate the device from the matrices. |
