a hollow body portion having a first interior cavity portion, a toe portion, a heel portion, a top portion, a bottom portion, a rear portion, and a front portion having a face portion; a second interior cavity portion extending at or proximate to the bottom portion; and a plurality of ports on the hollow body portion, each port having an opening on an outer surface of the bottom portion and extending from the opening into the second interior cavity portion, wherein the second interior cavity portion is at least 50% filled with an elastic polymer material. |
