The present invention provides a pivoting electromechanical barrier characterised in that it comprises: a motor; a speed reducer operatively coupled to the motor; a shaft coupled to the speed reducer; an upright part secured to the shaft in a substantially perpendicular manner to the shaft; a flexible connector connected to the upright part; and a structure comprising a transverse part connected to the flexible connector.
