The present invention provides a method, control device and control system for controlling mobile device to photograph. The method includes: the control device obtains a picture of an area to be photographed, the picture being sent from the mobile device; on the basis of the area to be photographed, the control device adjusts photographing parameters related to photographing; and the control device sends a first command carrying the adjusted photographing parameters to the mobile equipment, so as to enable the mobile device to photograph, according to the first command, the area to be photographed. It is implemented that photographing parameters of a photographing device carried by the mobile device are remotely controlled and adjusted in real time when the mobile device is photographing.
