The present invention relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are an active resistance-capacitance filter, a receiver, a transmitter, and a base station. The active resistance-capacitance filter comprises an operation amplifier, a first resistance module, and a branch network module. The first resistance module is connected in parallel to the operation amplifier. The branch network module is used on a feedback branch of the operation amplifier. The branch network module comprises multiple first branches connected in parallel. Each first branch comprises an MOS transistor and a capacitance module connected in parallel. Lengths of trenches of the MOS transistors on each first branch are gradually decreased from a first trench length according to a preset proportion, and capacitance values of the capacitance units on each first branch are gradually decreased from a first capacitance value according to the preset proportion.
